All iGo Ebikes are equipped with a diagnostic display as well as weatherproof twist locking connectors . Since service issues are displayed as error codes on the main display and all electrical connections are located in the front loom for easy access, diagnosing an issue and quick repairs are a breeze by anyone .
Warranty & Returns
iGo electric bikes are warrantied for a period of 24 Months against defects in material or workmanship regarding motor , controller, display, brake lever switches, throttle and all electric components, Battery excluded see below.
This warranty does not apply to wearable parts such as tires, brakes or normal wear and tear items.
Misuse or failures due to improper service, accidents, alteration, or abuse are not covered under any warranty.
24 months - Frame & all conventional components such as fork, derailleur, shifter, brake calipers ( Not pads )
iGo will provide the part(s), Labor, & shipping of the parts needed during the warranty period.
First 60 days iGo will provide the part(s), Labor, & shipping of the parts needed.
After 60 days parts are provided but labor & shipping of part(s) is not included.
If a repair is need the purchaser will have the choice to either receive the part and change it , or
iGo will arrange the repairs through a local bike shop within 15 miles or 24 kilometers of the customers delivery address, and pay the labor & shipping of parts directly to them.
If the product was purchased at an authorized dealer, then the customer will have repairs done by the same dealer and warranty will be provided by that dealer as per the warranty conditions.
All warranties begin from the date of purchase and apply to the original purchaser This warranty is not transferable.
Battery warranty conditions
The battery is covered by a 18 month warranty from the original date of bike purchase and is not transferable.If there is an issue with the battery, a photo of the serial number must be emailed to email@example.com,Replacement batteries will be covered by a 6 month warranty.
Damages in transit
It is up to the customer to report any damages to the box or the iGo product within 24 hours of receipt.
If you have received your bike and the box is damaged, you must write “received damaged “on the shipping company’s waybill as they are responsible for any damages due to improper handling of your iGo product. You must then notify iGo electric in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org, or by toll free number at 866-996-6686 extension “0” within 24 hours of receipt to report the issues, after which iGo is not responsible for any damages.
If it is necessary to return the bike for repairs or exchange, a return authorization number is needed., and iGo will pay for it's return.
Return for repairs
The product must then be repacked in its original box and packaging materials, including keys, battery, charger, and all other included parts. It is the purchasers responsibility to make sure that the bike is properly packaged and If any original parts are missing from the box, or the product incurs damages due to improper packaging, it will be to the responsibility of the purchaser.
